Military MK2 Science Pack (BETA)

This mod add a new science pack used for some advanced military techs, as well as infinite military techs.

To come for 1.0 :

• Add it to infinite techs
• Add settings for infinite techs
• Add setting for science pack cost
• Small change in the tech tree
• Compatibility with my other mods
• Add settings for compatibility
