Playing Cerys alongside with Scrappy Chemistry makes it exceedingly difficult to get Sulfur(ic Acid) for Nitrogen Mineral Leaching, as Sulfur in SC is made from Sour Gas, which is only obtained as byproduct from Cracking.
It would technically be possible to run Methane Ice processing for light oil, but you'd need to manually delete the methane, as it is apparently a 100% trash product. Also it feels silly to crack light oil into petgas to turn both into solid fuel, something that's already abundant just to get sour gas.

Cerys offers built-in compatibility with a number of big preexisting mods, but no more are planned at the moment. Newer mods which change the vanilla game are at risk of being incompatible with Cerys. Vanilla is a shared structure on which a lot of mods rely.
