Cerys

Fulgora's moon of puzzles. Ancient wrecks embedded in thick ice can seemingly be repaired, including a colossal nuclear reactor that could transform the possibilities on the surface... if you can get it working. Cerys is a complete and polished mod that does not modify the vanilla game in any way, so is easy to include in existing saves.

for some reason there are 2 basically identical reclycing recipes, this seems unintended to me

It's split so that we can ban uranium recycling on Cerys in the early and midgame. That way players always end up with plutonium.

Ah I see. I feel like I've read about it somewhere, that it gets re-enabled in a hidden way at some point. Maybe in some forum post? Not sure.
That explains the oddity I guess.

Though I don't see why anyone would recycle uranium 238 considering 1) it's a crazy bottleneck and you have to scrap everything else to get enough of it and 2) that this recipe is for 235 which - afaik - can't be converted to plutonium anyways and compared to 238 you actually do have too much of 235.

Well in short: the scrap should give more U238, it's a heavy bottleneck. Currently I can't even produce plutonium because the tiny bit of U238 I get is converted to the science pack. (or I guess maybe the science pack should take less)
The red circuit situation got a bit better after that balancing for it recently though IMO it's still a bit too high.
