Cerys

Fulgora's moon of puzzles. Ancient wrecks embedded in thick ice can seemingly be repaired, including a colossal nuclear reactor that could transform the possibilities on the surface... if you can get it working. Cerys is a complete and polished mod that does not modify the vanilla game in any way, so is easy to include in existing saves.

g Obtaining plutonium

hello as i was testing the mod in sandbox i saw that there was no way of getting plutonium with first starting with mox fuel cells despite that you need plutonium to make those cells to start the process is there a way to get a plutonium with out using the reactor on cerys ?

This is one of the puzzles in the mod.

i think the puzzle is more about how to make move the orbs than the hoo it does that you need to give starting info and could you give some clarification to how your supposed to do it should the ray come really fast in contact with uranium or slow ? could we get a overlay of the charging pod to see where the field start and stop and if it is negative or positive charge ? that would be helpful to make a design that works

I am giving up on this one, unless there is more of a clue than "the rod bends wind particles" that i missed i see no way to figure this out.

It may be that the probability of the effect is too low. I will observe the run on Comfy today, then will post here if I release a patch.

I have never seen any effect, i know that i can bounce the wind around, but have ZERO idea what the goal of that is. As i said i might just miss it, but i have now clue.

i did hours of testing in sandbox and i think you should rise your probabilty and maybe help a bit with some stuff the mechanic is intereesting not gonna lie to expose item to the element i would also ask if there could be a option for the moon to be normal map and not finite like in space exploration or make us able to make the moon bigger or smaller

Ah, this is another sandbox report. Sandbox is problematic here because playing Cerys normally forces you to have large stockpiles of uranium such that you're far more likely to bump into the correct effect, but this tends not to happen in sandbox.

In order to hint sandbox users and others looking in Factoriopedia for clues, 0.3.41 adds a 'meaningless' U238->Pu239 recipe that cannot be crafted in any machine but appears in Factoriopedia. The rate of plutonium generation has also been very slightly increased.
