They now should be in 1.6.3 (except Vulcanus)
In order to achieve this, all shipwrecks had their force assigned to the players one. This now makes them a target for enemies, not really a problem unless they are in a way, this also makes demolishers target them all the time, which means that on Vulcanus you would get no shipwrecks. To rectify this, all shipwrecks on Vulcanus have neutral force (demolishers won't target them (they still might destroy them when they are in a path), but won't relentlessly pursuit them to annihilate all of them). This also means that you cannot use deconstruction planner to deconstruct them on Vulcanus.
