Same problem. Specifically, there's the closed loop recipe cadaveric arum Mk2 -> Mk2 pulp -> Mk2 seeds -> Cadaveric arum Mk2, but no other way to make any of those.
On my play through, the recipe for mk3 Cadaveric arum is also locked not available. there is a recipe called, "recipe-name.cadaveric-arum-mk02-item" (Recipe) but there is no recipe for the mk3 version.
