Question about fish farms, do I have to use a fish from water to get the chain started or is there a way to make them?

Pretty sure there should be a way to make them.

I am sure that is the case, but can not find a recipe for MK1 Fish. All others animals and flowers have a DNA recipe for the first one, however I can not seem to find this for a fish
