  Major Features:
    - Mythic Quality (Reborn): continuation of Mythic Quality with Configs (VFSteeperQualityWithMythic) by VextexFux, updated for Factorio 2.1. Both it and Steeper Quality by Durikkan are MIT licensed.
  Balancing:
    - Quality chances use the new Factorio 2.1 system. Factorio 2.1 multiplied next_probability by 10 and moved tier skipping to the new chain_probability. The 2.0 mod's values made the first upgrade 10 times rarer than intended while tier skipping stayed at the vanilla 10%. The defaults are the old balance converted to the new system.
    - Each upgrade step now has two settings: the chance (in % of the quality shown on the machine) and the chain chance (keeps going one more tier in the same craft).
    - Mythic now has proper cargo wagon size, locomotive power and train top speed bonuses. It used to fall back to 1.15x locomotive power (less than Uncommon) and no speed gain over Legendary.
  Bugfixes:
    - The quality module slot bonus (added in 1.1.1) now works. The bonus was set but no machine was told to use it. Assemblers, furnaces, rocket silos, mining drills, labs and beacons that already have module slots now get the extra slots. It can be turned off in the settings.
    - Fixed a crash when playing with Quality but without Space Age or Space Exploration (the Mythic technology was never created but was still referenced). Factorio 2.1 allows Quality without Space Age.
    - Fixed "Research ingredient ... is registered twice in the technology" when another mod (for example Science Spread) lists a science pack twice in the lab.
    - Hidden science packs are no longer added to the Mythic technology.
    - The Mythic technology now requires the technologies that unlock each of its science packs, not just Promethium.
    - Power level settings no longer accept negative numbers, which Factorio cannot load.
    - Beacon power usage can no longer go below Factorio 2.1's minimum of 1%.
  Changes:
    - Quality names now default to empty, which uses the game's own translated names. The 2.0 mod forced the English names on every language. Custom names still work and also rename the Epic, Legendary and Mythic technologies.
    - New setting for the Mythic technology's research cost.
    - All settings are prefixed with "mqr-", so they no longer clash with Steeper Quality and old 2.0-scale values are not carried over. Please re-check your settings if you changed them before.
    - Marked incompatible with Steeper Quality, Mythic Quality with Configs and its fork, which change the same values.
    - Quality, technology and save data keep the same names (mythic, mythic-quality), so saves using the old mod keep their Mythic items and research.
  Optimizations:
    - Removed the duplicated settings code. Every value is applied from one place for both the normal and the "apply last" pass.
    - Removed the unused old Mythic icon.
  Locale:
    - Rewrote the setting names and descriptions to match the 2.1 quality system, fixed spelling and the mod name entry.
