The farthest hex from spawn is measured by pathing distance from spawn, not the direct, straight-line distance. I should rephrase the quest condition as "most expensive" rather than "farthest" so that this isn't confusing. You can still get the quest. The "farthest hex from spawn" is not at a corner.
