I have not been tracking the mining productivity in my save for a while, but just noticed that mining productivity from unique item bonuses are not being added to my actual mining productivity. I'm at mining productivity 5 research (+50%), and have +39% from item bonuses, but my total productivity is still 50%, and if I turn the bonuses off in the item buffs screen, I get 11% mining productivity, which is definitely incorrect.
There are some other wonky things with recipe productivity as well, where they sometimes don't seem to apply until turning them off and on again in the item buffs screen. I'm not exactly sure what caused this, but I've seen this happen to circuits, gear wheels, and quality modules, where my EM plants are still at 50% prod even with unlocked prod buffs.
I think these two issues may be related?

This has been an issue in one of the past versions of the mod. I don't see it recurring in newer versions. Your save was poorly migrated at one point. Run the command /reload-item-buff-effects to make it recalculate the effects that are supposed to be there.

Running the command works, thanks! I started the save not that long ago though (ver. 1.7.6), and didn't see a mention of this bug in the patch notes since then. I'll follow up if it happens again on the current/later versions.
