When you place a promethium accumulator, it gives back (when deconstructed) a normal one
Thanks for the report. I'll resolve it in the next release. I've been working on graphics for the next version which might take a while, but I may do a bugfix release just to get some things fixed early.
Also I think all the buildings that are based on vanilla ones "So the promethium laser cannon, accumulator and solar panel" all return them too
