Cerys Methane Applications

Adds useful applications for Cerys methane gas. Methane can now be used to produce solid fuel, produce ammonia outside Aquilo, enhance Gleba plastic, yumako mash and jelly production and generate 500 °C steam with new Superheat methane boiler. Convenient methane conversion, production and transportation means are also included.
