Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds tanker ships, train bridges. NOTE: In 2.1, You Must Install Oil Rigs Separately!
Thinking about this, it might make more sense for this to be handled in the planet mods (if cargo ships is installed) rather than enumerating every planet mod in cargo ships. It should be obvious how to add offshore oil to the autoplace specifications from how cargo ships does it for the Space Age planets.
