Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds deep sea oil, oil platforms, tanker ships, train bridges and other water based content.
I wanted to do a funny run where I can only get oil from offshore but this is technically impossible to do without cheating since you need at least some blue science to unlock the offshore oil rig technology, can there be an option to move it back so you can do this
