Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds deep sea oil, oil platforms, tanker ships, train bridges and other water based content.
Are you placing them on waterways on water? The cargo ship and tanker are implemented as 'trains' but they are only placeable on waterways which are implemented as 'rails'. If you're able to place them on land-rails then that is a bug...
