Put Biter employment office before corporate hospitality in research tree, since when you get the latter you end up with a completely useless building that needs more research to even start using it.
I kept looking for something to make hospitality work by looking through eveything unlocked, Chat bot explained to me how it works and i was bewildered to say the least, i may not be the smartest out here.
Also maybe make the CH say exactly what it wants instead of saying "station" which doesnt mean anything.
Obv i knew it wanted workers but the research order made me sputter and doubt myself.
Same thing with Federal regulation. Im working on loitering complaints and then find out i need to research 4 more things to make them, even though i already researched loitering.
I spent hours trying to make this tech tree coherent, I event built a strong test system t catch inconsistencies like that but STILL it is not done !
Anyways thanks for the report, I changed the tech tree for all the complaints to rebalance progression in 0.6.11, and made sure this is addressed with it !
