I have a Propaganda Distillery within range of a Biter Employment Office but even though the office has 3 idle biter workers and 200 Taxpayer Money, none of the workers are going to the distillery to authorize it. The distillery says "Disabled by script". The office says "Waiting for worker" even though it has idle workers in it with nothing they have to authorize other than that one distillery. However, the workers have been going to authorize 3 different Corporate Breakrooms (though those are now all "output full" so there's no more authorizing needed there), so the problem only seems to be with Propaganda Distilleries.

More details: There are 5 total buildings in the station's zone, 3 Corporate Breakrooms and 2 Propaganda Distilleries. Let me know if there's any more information I can give to help.

Another less important bug: There doesn't seem to be the option to set the filter on an inserter to Taxpayer Money.

That is weird, I found a likely culprit but it depends on your setup: the UI shows an operating square around the Biter Employment Office but the code actually only looks for buildings in a circle around it (square width = radius) so it may be that your propaganda distillery is outside of the circle area, but if it's not the case I would need your game save to investigate the bug.

Next update will correct the overlay shape and the taxpayer money filter.

Yeah, the Propaganda Distillery was in the corner of the operating "square" (not within the actual circle). I moved it closer to the office and it's working now.
