Bureaucratic overhaul for Factorio 2.0. Replaces biters with complainers, weapons with bureaucracy, machines need permits, staff or money to operate. Hire biters, employ them in you factory and conquer the stars !
@Onoulade I think this has a continuation - at the very least for those of us who updated the mod when it was (briefly) 1.0 - possibly for others as well, not sure - it's not updating automatically anymore. Probably because Factorio's manager doesn't update "backwards": https://imgur.com/a/mlheZ7L
