When biter starts working, he only completes 4% of the tasks and then goes home to drink coffee, use the bathroom, and smoke. I understand that the mod is a simulation of an administrator, but this behavior seems excessive. Could there be a problem with one of the secondary mods?
Biters are definitely supposed to work more, but it depends what part you are talking about. Are you talking about the field office or the workers station biters ?
