I don't think the Petrochem operation forms should use construction permits. Safety permits only, since I cant really think of how a construction form is involved.

Also, the two forms have almost identical recipes. And barrels are added in 3 different steps, and pipes in 2. Which is okay, but seems a bit excessive, and Samey.

You’re right I will rebalance these a bit better

I just arrived at oil and i had the same feeling towards those two forms. Yes oil is a hard step up but seeing how much is required to get simple plastik it feels a bit to extreme of a step.

Will be interesting to see how it is rebalanced.

Hmm. Could make petrol only refining use the simpler one too, and adv and coal liq need the adv paperwork.

Rebalanced, now basic refining and chemical recipe uses the simple form, and advanced ones the advanced form
