A few ways to get normal resources entangled into the paperwork.
Coffee mugs from stone brick. Some or all coffee drinking also demand some mugs to drink out of.
Clipboards. Plastic, steel, wood. Mostly for osha inspection type stuff.
Keycards. Circuit, plastic. For high security obstruction, like at centrifuges or similar.
Rubber stamp, likely plastic and ink. either requirement for higher tier ink essentially, or used for mass production of some kinds of paperwork.
Also considered steel tip pens, copper for red ink, and so on, but this is probably already too complex given prior statements.
