I think merging chests should work now. I could add deadlock loaders but this since something similar will be in factorio 2.0 base anyway it's not super high priority.

I have AAI loaders installed but I can't find the research to unlock them. Are they gated by something else? Recipe Book shows that the loaders are not unlocked by any research.

They are available with the 3rd tech card.
