Playing this mod was pretty fun, but now i am stuck.

Having researched everything including thrusters, research for Gleba is still unavailable with no indication in the tech tree as to why.
Aquilo is locked behind Gleba and sciences that don't seem to exist in this mod. And Nauvis is locked behind Aquilo.

Also, there does not seem to be neither mining drills or rocket silos, so if i were to drop to a planet i could neither build a useful base nor leave.

Am i missing something here?

At the current stage, the mod is not complete. Most of the additional content has been selectively added, so several parts of the normal progression are still unavailable or disconnected.

You are not overlooking anything. You have simply reached the current end of the mod's implemented content. More progression and features will be added in future updates.
