Please do NOT ask for adding any equipment to be usable on basic engineering suit.
Basic engineering suit is available from start (no research required), thus by no means taking feature of a mid/late game power armour.
If you insist an (modded) equipment is basic enough to be used on basic engineering suit, go request from the mod author of the equipment mod. Instructions included in FAQ.
