Probably it will be better to introduce just another recipe for nitric acid (from Aquilo) than the second nitric acid entity.
UPD. My bad. Nitric acid is from Cerus mod. But still doubled.

Fixed in next patch, be warned you'll have to craft all your Cerysian nitric acid again
Do not delete fluids from other mods, this isn't minecraft modding, you can just use the exact same name as cerys with no issues.
off to making another patch ill remove this one from the browser to not cause more issues
"No issues" as in you won't crash the game. If the other mod uses a different temp or fuel value, then that will cause problems.
You don't need to actively check for it, unless it causes problems. I've only seen it once, but most of the time mods don't use those fields.
what happens if they have different values?
The exact case was Muluna and Corrundum. The latter wanted 3000° co2 for a generator, but muluna had a setup where it could not reach it. That generator could not accept that co2 anymore.
An issue, but no crashes.
As AnotherZach offered, come to the foundry. Even if you don't join to the group there are a lot of planet devs there including Cerys. :)

guess what there's an issue with nitric acid. the crafting recipes were different and now got equalized over mine and not cerys' or both
If the recipes got the same name, then that will happen.
