b [Fixed] Cliffs can't be marked for destruction

Hello again, I think I found another bug.

The title says it all: I've just unlocked cliff explosives, but for some reason the deconstruction planner can't mark cliffs for destruction. I don't know why exactly, but I suspect IR3 causes it because disabling only that mod solves the issue.

The cliff explosives can still be thrown manually and blow up cliffs. But it's annoying to not be able to have bots do it for you...

Yes, it seems that in 2.0, the ability to craft cliff explosives and the ability to mark cliffs for deconstruction are two separate unlocks.

This is fixed in the next version, which is on Codeberg if you don't want to wait.
