Shemp there is a cool bug in the automatic fuel management, when you drive a vehicle with a fuel that creates an empty version like the steam cell, it creates a copy of the empty one in your inventory and in the vehicle's inventory. In practice you double the empties :D

There was one line of code in control-fuel-manager.lua that seemed benign and pointless when I was originally converting it. "Why is that there?", I thought to myself.

It's there to stop this bug from happening. Fixed in the next build.
