After an hour of testing, it seems that the game crashes after spawning a civilian if the Unit Control mod is present.
Tested on the latest version of both mods and game, in a sandbox scenario, with frontier housing.

Without an error code I don't have much to go on I'm afraid. Any chance you can copy-paste the error here? I can't tell if its a problem with my mod or the one you mentioned.

Thank you for posting the error. This is beyond me. I can't see anything related to my mod here, this seems to be pointing to an issue related to Factorio itself. As the error says, it is best to bring this to the attention of the devs themselves.
