Could be wrong but this appears not to work with Exotic Industries Remembrance. The science packs needed for research do not change to those of EI and thus can not be researched, they remain regular science packs.
Oh, I have technology code in data-final-fixes file. You can move it to data.lua and it should work. I'll change it later.
