Seems like some edgecases were not handled. Made few changes in 0.2.8.
The mod will trigger removal of all colliders, when a new version is loaded and it should solve itself for you.
But if you encounter any such issues again, I have added command /ring-remap to manually trigger deletion of old colliders.
