That's also something I've wanted to look into. After all, they're mostly just a whole bunch of circuit boards. Like, is this thing supposed to "think" energy into existence?
But in order to properly justify a power source that compact, a nuclear fuel cell probably wouldn't do. It would take something a bit more exotic like, say... Californium.
