Replacing and upgrading machines with their E.A.R.S. equivalents is really annoying. I can't click to replace, like I can with normal assemblers, I have to super-force-place. Not only does it take bots to do that, it also resets every single setting on the machine. Recipe, gone. Filters, gone. Circuit conditions, gone. Modules, gone. If I already have the energetic flooring underneath, just let me click to replace, or let me create an upgrade planner to do it for me, or both, or something! Please! I'm avoiding exporting my E.A.R.S. machines just to avoid this headache.

Yes, it has to be like this sadly, due to an engine limitation. If fast-replace worked, it would also be available in upgrade planner, which would enable bots to perform the upgrade. and bots bypass the check whether the floor is energized concrete and they will just replace them on any floor.
