Did not tried planet your planet yet. I saw you had bug related to titanium barrels.
I am having whole liquid energy system and barrels are based on that so maybe I could improve something on my side. What was the issue?
I am not sure dependency is needed because pelagos load before rabasca anyway, but depending on what you need energy for it could be usefull to make other way around.

just had a quick look at Pelagos and liked the idea of the titanium barrels. Beta carotene is not used as fuel itself, but the barrels can be fed to vaults as an alternative to raw carotene ore, so my data-updates just does this, which I just copied to titanium barrel in final-fixes.

But now that I think about it, these should probably be defined on the fluid instead. Would probably come with both barrels for free?

Really like the idea of the excavator btw, currently experimenting with punching holes into the surface, might have some funny interactions in the future.

If I define its fuel valu for fluid on my side it will be assigned as barreled fuel as well automaticly
For regular and titanium barrels

Which means fluid would be also one of the fluids that can be used in diesel machines unlocked on pelagos

I did not do math yet so I don't know if energy value you use is not insane. But that is thing to talk about
