I am playing a K2 space age run and I got to panglia and finally got the cosmic incubators to work and it outputs close to nothing. I setup 12 more until i hit water and put speed mods in them, after a while of running i had a grand total of 92 sulfur, 200 silicon, 20 calcite and 10 holmium ore.

I think the numbers of return need to get a huge buffed on Panglia and an increase in base speed because as it is, they are not worth using and this should be the showcase of how good they could be.

Thinking more about the whole incubators I made some changes in my personal game and made it so that volcanic seeds can be planted anywhere and allowed melting rock to be done anywhere. This makes it so you need to either ship the universes or ship panglite but it allows to use lava in crafting.

This could be seen as very powerful like the ability to make legendary stone but after giving it some thought the planet is already a pretty late game planet and make it so the planet has more uses.
