Enhanced Remote Vehicle Control

Does remote driving feel too restricted? Enhanced Remote Vehicle Control lets you take full command of any vehicle—spidertrons and —as if you were inside. Craft, build, move items, fight, and manage inventories without restrictions, all from anywhere in the game.

g crash on exiting vehicle?

sometimes, when i exit a vehicle, it hardcrashes my game to desktop. i cant tell why and the lines in the log seem unhelpful (to me, at least. hopefully you can tell)
heres a screen recording of it happening: https://youtu.be/jJ4duZdX9pY
heres a google drive link to the massive file that the crash window directed me to: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Y_SMKQMNzzV3XKMl10OclrkoqkjUr4ks/view?usp=sharing
looks to be line 5,602,045 that the "player exited a vehicle" happens in the log

Thanks for sharing and your patience, life has been in the way of Factorio

So you saying when exiting the vehicle (by pressing enter?) most of the time works, but in this case and a handful of others, it causes a crash to desktop?

I noticed in the video when exiting you were next to a car, so I wonder if the crash is due to exiting while near another vehicle

Also the bulk of 5.7m lines are mostly from one mod "heatedfabrication" which seems to touch every item in the game many many times, probably worth raising that with the author as viewing the logs can crash apps

Anyway, will look into this issue this evening

ah, will mention to the heated fabrication devs.

i dont think the crash is due to other vehicles, as it was crashing when i was on muluna -> connected to something on vulc (rather than the other way around in the video). my hypothesis was it was something to do with actually interacting with stuff while connected? like sometimes if i just connect and then immediately disconnect it works, but generally if i moved item (as shown in clip) it would cause issues
