Hello, I've noticed with the fairly new? Overhaul Extended compatability config option for the Deep Drill, that with Hyarion installed, its much larger hit box compared to the Hyarion geodes means its almost garenteed for numerous geodes in a cluster to not be able to be mined simotaneously, due to being too close to one another with their smaller hitboxes.

In a test world I ran, the first ruby cluster I found had 7 geodes, but with optimum placement I could only place 4 drills down. Being unable to utilize all the geodes really bothers me, and I want to see more compatability/throughlines between mods and parts of the game, so I was wondering if it'd be possible to make it so you can either place the drills off-center the geodes, or somehow call for Hyarion's worldgen to change, such as increasing each geode's hitbox/minimum distance from one another. (Since I figure it'd be a much larger pain to instead have the deep drill's size shrink when placed on geodes or what not.)

I came to the same conclusion as you. My approach would be to change the generation of the geodes. Actually I don't remember why I didn't do it in the end. Let me have a look again.

I think I have something for the next release. I also applied the same fix to the uranium and the gold patches.

Btw. there will be fewer geodes now but the increased speed of the deep miner makes up for it.
