Lignumis didn't generate with any peat or stone when I had RSO turned on, there was none in the starting area and I didn't find any when I explored a bit either.
RSO is not compatible.
Got it, thanks for the response. It's not listed in the incompatibilities, so I wasn't sure.
Then maybe I should do that :-)
