This is likely either intended or a mod conflict with AAI, but the burner crusher needs both gold plates and single cylinder engines, which takes iron. Is the intention to not use crushing at all on Lignumus and just ship gold down to Nauvis for proper expansion, or is this unintended? Cause with the basic burner crusher research I am unable to build any crushers on Lignumus.

I did just notice the alternate recipe, so that solves the gold issue on Nauvis - but not the other way around. I assume crushing just isnt assumed to be needed initially on Lignumis so you only get it later?

So you combined Lignumis, Crushing Industry and AAI? That combination is actually untested. Gold crushing is an early Lignumis tech so you should be able to craft the crusher. I have a fix for the next version. Please tell me if there is more.

I definitely went overboard lol, but yes, I forgot to include Crushing Industry in my original post. Just checked and your fix has worked, the crusher can now be made using gold plates, wooden gears, and stone bricks, with the copper, engines and stone recipe also available for Nauvis. Thanks for getting that so fast!

Everything else seems to work just fine, though I am dreading making large scale wood production on every planet. I assume the dessication furnace really doesnt have a use anywhere else as the stromatolite remnant is Lignumis exclusive? I'll keep an eye and see if anything else crops up, but can I just saw you did a great job with this mod. It certainly slows down the early game but is super unique!

Where you need wood depends on the settings you chose and whether you want to build a mall on every planet. SA planets have different ways of wood production on each planet (see description of this mod). Some of them are optional mods, others are included.

Indeed the dessication furnace is early game Lignumis only as well as the gold stromatolites.
