If Lignumis and AAI Industry are both active, and the "Enable basic circuit board" setting in Lignumis is disabled, the game will give the following error:

If Lignumis and Bob's Revamp Mod are active, the game will give the following error:

Both of these incompatibilities were tested with only the minimum required mods active.
Edit: Also, a quick suggestion: If Bob's Electronics Mod is active, both that mod and Lignumis add a "Basic circuit board" item, however, they are two different items (Bob's is 'bob-basic-circuit-board', while Lignumis' is 'basic-circuit-board'). To improve compatibility when Bob's Electronics Mod is active, Lignumis could instead activate an alternate recipe for 'bob-basic-circuit-board' that uses gold cable instead of electrical cable, and all recipes added by Lignumis that use 'basic-circuit-board' would be switched to 'bob-basic-circuit-board'.
Edit 2: Oh, another incompatibility I forgot to mention is Resource Spawner Overhaul. If it's active, it will prevent peat and stone from spawning on Lignumis. Also, just wanted to mention that I know that you have no obligation to try and resolve these, as I'm sure it's a very time consuming process trying to improve compatibility with other mods. I still hope you find this information useful in some way. It's an awesome mod! I also have some other suggestions and feedback as well if you're interested.
