When used simultaneously with Quality Effects Fixed, the following error occurs. This can be resolved by adding “qef_ignore = true” to the entity prototype of “active-noise-cancelling-tower”.

Error while running setup for entity prototype "active-noise-cancelling-tower" (assembling-machine): Module inventory size is > 0 (or module slots count is affected by quality) but no effects are allowed. This makes no sense.

This issue was caused by Quality Effects Fixed, and the author has addressed the issue, so it has been permanently resolved. I apologize for reporting this issue to the wrong mod.
