Hard Space Age planet mods add a technology required before you can cargo drop materials to Vulcanus, Gleba, and Fulgora with the intent you need to set up research on each planet using their local science pack. With the progressive science pack setting these technologies have wood and steam science packs required. Unfortunately steam science packs require gold to be dropped from space which isn't possible until the technology is researched using steam science packs that require gold.
The cargo drop technologies are:
"planetslib-vulcanus-cargo-drops",
"planetslib-gleba-cargo-drops",
"planetslib-fulgora-cargo-drops"
I added them to Lignumis's technology blacklist locally and it fixed the issue.
Cerys also has a similar technology but appears to already be skipped for steam science packs due to other requirements.
Could you please add the cargo drop technologies to Lignumis's progressive technology blacklist.
