I didn't realize set_passenger for cargo pods was just added in version 2.0.53 and that's not stable yet. Can you go back a version of Lignumis as a workaround until you get the Factorio update? Alternatively you could switch to Factorio experimental version.

You can update to 1.0.49. I reverted the change.

1.0.50 adds the feature again but requires Factorio 2.0.53 to update.
