I cant even see the technology normally, I need to go to the factoriopedia and search for the burner agricultural tower, and look at the required tech to find it.
I have the same issue. Although you can get the burner tower down the line after copper this makes the hand feeding stage take WAY to long. Basic Agriculture should be among the 1st few available techs.
