HeroTurrets


Turrets are built using salvaged self-learning AI tech from your ship allowing them to get deadlier with practice. Extends turrets via ranking system based on kills. Turrets generated so not limited to vanilla, identifiable by overlaid rank insignia. Rank buffs individual turrets.

Yes this mod effects other mods by applying the logic to other turret types.
You can now add your own custom rank names in. Up to 12 and if string exceed 25 chars or the is less than 4 the the default will be used.

Damage may if set in settings also adjust rank, additionality effected by modifiers in settings if you want more of a challenge

Hero Turrets upgrades turrets base on their kills.
50 kills or 10000 damage upgrades turrets to ranked turret Private 2nd Class
250 kills or 50000 damage upgrades turrets to ranked turret Corporal
500 kills or 100000 damage upgrades turret to ranked turret Sergeant
5000 kills 1000000 damage upgrades turret to ranked turret General

Private 1st Class
increases health by approx. 12.5%
increases rotation speed by 12.5%
increases preparing speed by 12.5%
increases attacking speed by 12.5%
increases range by 12.5%
reduces cooldown by 12.5%

Corporal
increases from base health by approx. 25%
increases from base rotation speed by 25%
increases from base preparing speed by 25%
increases from base attacking speed by 25%
increases from base range by 25%
reduces from base cooldown by 25%

Sergeant
increases from base health by approx. 37.5%
increases from base rotation speed by 37.5%
increases from base preparing speed by 37.5%
increases from base attacking speed by 37.5%

General
increases from base health by approx. 50%
