i can't find the upgrade parts for the second stage. Also the crafting recipe for the first stage is gone. Did i miss something?

It works correctly without any third party modifications.
Write a list of the mods used.
If the problem occurs when loading a save, then a second list of mods or the save itself is needed.

The Editor shows me the recipes, but i can't find the right tech to research it ingame.

I can make red technology bottles, but I can't find the R & D center. I need to do research before I can use them. How can I solve this problem

There is one already build right next to your crashed ship, it looks different than normal science centers and is already needed later ;)
