I'm loving this mod so far (just a few hours in and it's kicking my butt), but something has been bothering me. Water is H2O - two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom. However your electrolyzation recipe returns twice as much oxygen as it does hydrogen, and your water recipe requires twice as much oxygen as it does hydrogen.

Could be a density thing. Imagine one unit of hydrogen having 4 times as many atoms as one unit of oxygen
