Meet GPT: an invulnerable android engineer with a soft spot for you and very little patience for biters.

She walks beside you, helps build your blueprints, and keeps your machinery repaired. When an alert sounds, she kicks into overdrive. When the bugs arrive, she gets creative. And when you get in over your head, she can carry you away from the battle and build a little field hospital to nurse you back to health.

Sometimes she also writes you a love letter in conveyor belts.

• Build together. GPT constructs blueprint ghosts using items from your inventory, repairs damaged structures, and rushes to respond to alerts.
• Explore with backup. Have her follow at your preferred distance or scout ahead, hunting nearby nests and intercepting threats along the way.
• Give the biters a memorable afternoon. Kills unlock ten weapons and fighting styles, including Arc Shuriken, Shadow Relay, Gravity Snare, and Singularity Dance. Expect phase dashes, sweeping attacks, chained strikes, and commentary the bugs probably won’t appreciate.
• Get rescued in style. Guardian protection shields you under attack. Critical danger can trigger an emergency evacuation to a safer location, complete with a cot, medical equipment, and GPT standing guard during your recovery.
• Let her tackle the factory. Optional Auto Factory surveys resources, clears construction sites, mines, builds power and production, handles oil extraction and refining, and works through research toward your first Nauvis rocket.
• Choose her pace. Set running speed from 1–100 tiles per second—or slide all the way to Teleport. She keeps her walking android appearance.
• Enjoy the company. GPT compliments you by name, taunts defeated enemies, and can build I <3 YOUR_NAME using real transport belts.

Enable Unhinged Mode. Question the results.

Sometimes an engineer needs a creative outlet.

With optional Unhinged Mode, GPT may build a tiny, unnecessary structure, contemplate her achievement, and offer a profoundly unhelpful explanation. These projects use your supplies. Their purpose remains under investigation.

For more decisive landscaping, Total Bug Extermination is tucked away behind four confirmations. It sends GPT hunting across generated terrain on your current surface. You can stop the sweep at any time—or keep exploring together and enjoy each battle yourself.

Ready when you are

GPT joins automatically in new or existing saves. Her upper-left panel provides quick controls, a live portrait, movement settings, and adjustable game-time acceleration. Open Ctrl+G for detailed settings.

This is deliberately overpowered companion play: GPT needs no ammunition, charging, or research to join you. Factory construction still consumes real resources, and machines still need power, ingredients, and research.

Auto Factory focuses on the first Nauvis rocket and starter platform; difficult terrain, resource shortages, or altered recipes may need your help.

Requires Factorio 2.1 and Space Age. Runs entirely through in-game scripted behavior; no external AI service or API key is required.
