"Project orion rocket part" is unlocked when starting a new game. That recipe unlock should probably be moved to the planet discovery (or some other relevant tech) instead.
I almost missed this one, should be fixed.
"Various Asteroid Grabbers" also added its own unlock tech, if you want to make this a Frozeta reward instead.
