Please add more options for night vision, perhaps something along a greenish tint.

I'd like add that type of stuff but I'm a complete noob when it comes to LUTs and I'm super low on free time right now. Definitely a nice idea though, it is on the to do list!

Well it appears we can also just use that other mod :-) It works well together.

Another idea I had, was misusing the character/vehicle halo as nightvision. Probably as a separate mod. But unfortunately i lack any real coding skills:
