Extra Storage Tanks: Steel Storage Tank

A continuation of the beautiful mod, Extra Storage Tank by Aurora & Moonlight (publishing under the username of Anicha). It has been ported to Factorio 2.0 (now also 2.1) and also expanded/improved upon in various ways, according to my preference. v1.3.0 has received an adaptation for Krastorio 2.

Features: The mod adds the Steel Storage Tank. It has a 7x3 footprint with two eccentric pipe connections, and may be rotated before placement. Capacity has been raised from 75k to 125k units (estimated from its visuals), the amount now being configurable as well! Tech research cost was reduced, because it felt too high for just a bigger tank. The recipe has also been completely changed to stay closer to vanilla and fit better with similar mods (with the important effect that concrete no longer needs to be researched).

Graphics & Sounds: New circuit connectors were created and properly fitted to the tank, while some very basic, custom remnants and a custom "death" animation of appropriate size and color were created for it. New inventory item sounds were applied as well.

Note on space efficiency: Compared to the Storage Tank, a single Steel Storage Tank holds the same volume within 45% of the space, while larger arrangements will have a rectangular footprint of 55-72% (depending on layout), due to the odd pipe connections. They are a noticeable improvement in any case.

Note on flipping: The storage tank has no flipped variant, so any blueprints that contain it won't flip either!
